ideal base to stroll around hanoi's vibrant attractions

The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk to the thang long water puppet theatre and the beautiful temple of the jade mountain, making my weekend exploration so much more enjoyable. the staff were friendly and helpful, which added to my satisfaction during my stay.

Great for families looking for an adventure

The location is perfect for exploring, only a short walk to all the tourist spots. We were surprised when they brought a birthday cake for my dad, it made our trip lovely!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was all tolerable.

Room layout is extremely poor!!! Limited storage space, especially in the bathroom where there are no shelves!!! Also, be aware of dust accumulation despite daily cleaning!!!

Super friendly staff made check-in a breeze. The room was spacious with great AC, which is perfect in Vietnam. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, awesome location for exploring all the sights!

Our room was lovely, clean, and spacious, making it a relaxing retreat after busy days. I enjoyed the soothing foot massage and full body massage at the spa, which was just what I needed. The only hiccup was a slight delay in getting extra towels, but it didn’t ruin my time at all! 😊

The spacious Suite with Balcony was a highlight, providing a comfortable retreat with excellent air conditioning. The staff's accommodating nature truly stood out. they promptly arranged an early airport transfer and made check-in and check-out effortless. Being within walking distance of local attractions made exploring convenient. Although I enjoyed my stay, a lack of dining options on-site and a few minor maintenance issues slightly detracted from the experience.

It was just a good pick for a brief pause in Hanoi with very good value for money. They provided an early airport transfer which made the start of my day much easier. Make sure to check in early if possible to avoid waiting.
